Tabytha Ewy

Teaching Artist

Tabytha Ewy grew up in San Diego, CA where her love of dance began with tap and jazz classes at a local community center. Upon her teacher’s request, Tabytha enrolled in ballet classes at California Ballet School to improve her technique. She then moved to Japan and continued her ballet education with Ring Ring Ballet School in Kanagawa. Moving back to the United States, Tabytha continued to further her ballet education at New West Ballet School in San Marcos, CA; Fidalgo Danceworks in Anacortes, WA; Northwest Ballet School in Bellingham, WA; and Northwest School of Dance in Bremerton, WA.

Tabytha graduated from Utah Valley University, receiving her BFA in Dance with an Emphasis in Ballet in 2020. She has been a part of the university’s ballet company, Repertory Ballet Ensemble, for four years and has been able to perform with professional ballet company, Utah Metropolitan Ballet. Tabytha has also had the opportunity to work with professional modern company, Repertory Dance Theatre, through the university. Her classical repertoire include The Nutcracker, Serenade, excerpts from The Sleeping Beauty and Paquita, Midsummer’s Night Dream, Les Patineurs, Coppelia and Les Sylphides.
